Managing Partner, Matt Parker, is a Mississippi Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Mississippi Certified Residential Appraiser. A graduate of Pascagoula High School , he holds an AA degree in Business Administration from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and a BSBA in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi. Matt is member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors & Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Mississippi Association of Realtors and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Matt is a Pascagoula native and is active within the local community serving on The Salvation Army Advisory Board for Jackson and George Counties and is a current Board Member for the Pascagoula Kiwanis Club.

Scott Rankin

Scott Rankin is a Mississippi Licensed Real Estate Broker. A lifelong resident of Pascagoula, Scott graduated from Pascagoula High School, received an Associate’s degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi. Scott is also a Certified Public Accountant and owner of the Pascagoula CPA firm, Rankin & Associates. Scott is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors & Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Scott serves on the local American Red Cross Advisory Board and is a member of the Rotary Club of Pascagoula.
